Off The Grid Today is a blog about various products and processes designed to help lessen our dependance on fossil fuels and the political/commercial infrastructure.
This is an extension of an earlier idea the “Hurricane House” which was considered as a response to the total lack of infrastructure in response to Hurricane Katrina in the greater New Orleans Area.
